The North Wing full development involves encroachment on the Four in Hand yard. I’m not commenting on whether this is worthwhile but have two questions: a) how is this expansion consistent with restrictions on increasing the footprint of the Club; and 2) the reduced parking available will affect the already scarce resource of member parking spaces. In this latter respect I also note that use of the Four in Hand yard parking is important for disabled access to the East Wing.
